• Table Tennis Reservations
• Sports Coaching
• Personal Training
• Sports Lessons
• Sports Clinics
• Equipment Rentals
• Tournament Registrations
• Other sports and recreational services offered through the platform.

EZZYCOURT is a technology marketplace only and does not own, employ, operate, manage, supervise, or control independent sports facilities or service providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each independent provider is solely responsible for the products and services they offer.

2. Eligibility

You may use EZZYCOURT only if you:

• Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority under applicable law.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into legally binding agreements.

5. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for reviewing provider qualifications, facility rules, pricing, availability, and policies before making a booking.

6. Sports Provider Responsibilities

Independent sports facility owners and service providers are solely responsible for:

• Court and facility availability.
• Facility maintenance.
• Equipment provided.
• Coaching services.
• Professional qualifications.
• Certifications where applicable.
• Licenses and permits.
• Pricing.
• Safety procedures.
• Customer service.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYCOURT remains accurate, complete, and current.

7. Bookings and Payments

Reservations may be made through EZZYCOURT.

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

For eligible services:

1. Customers submit a booking request.
2. Payment is completed through the platform.
3. Payment may be temporarily held by EZZYTech IT Solutions.
4. The provider delivers the booked service.
5. The customer confirms satisfactory completion where applicable.
6. Payment is released to the provider, less applicable platform fees or commissions.

Some services may have additional booking or payment requirements described in their individual policies.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Bookings are subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation eligibility may depend on:

Users are responsible for:

Providers remain solely responsible for maintaining safe facilities and complying with applicable health and safety laws.

10. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews based only on genuine experiences.

Users must not:

• Publish false or misleading reviews.
• Manipulate ratings.
• Offer or accept compensation for fake reviews.
• Post defamatory, abusive, threatening, or offensive content.

EZZYCOURT is solely a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent sports facility owners and sports service providers.

EZZYCOURT, Ezzy.ph, and EZZYTech IT Solutions do not own, employ, operate, supervise, manage, or control independent sports facilities, coaches, trainers, instructors, clubs, or event organizers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

• Court availability.
• Sports facilities.
• Equipment.
• Coaching services.
• Tournament management.
• Safety procedures.
• Pricing.
• Customer service.
• Licenses and permits.
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

EZZYCOURT facilitates provider discovery, reservations, communications, and payment processing but is not a party to the agreement between customers and independent providers except where expressly stated.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZZYTech IT Solutions, Ezzy.ph, EZZYCOURT, their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• Sports activities conducted by independent providers.
• Customer-provider disputes.
• Reservation cancellations.
• Injuries or accidents occurring at independent sports facilities.
• Equipment failures owned by independent providers.
• Payment disputes.
• Technical interruptions.
• Unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

EZZYCOURT reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate user accounts where a user:

• Violates these Terms.

• Commits fraud.
• Endangers other users or providers.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
