EZZYCOURT is a technology marketplace that connects customers with independent sports facility owners, court operators, sports clubs, coaches, trainers, instructors, tournament organizers, equipment rental providers, and other sports and recreation service providers.

EZZYCOURT is a technology marketplace only and does not own, employ, operate, manage, supervise, or control independent sports facilities or service providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Each independent provider is solely responsible for the services they offer.

2. Acceptable Use

Users agree to use EZZYCOURT only for lawful purposes and in a manner that respects the rights, safety, privacy, and experience of other users and providers.

Users may use EZZYCOURT to:

• • Book courts and sports facilities.

• • Submit genuine reviews and ratings.

3. Prohibited Activities

Illegal Activities

• • Facilitate criminal activity.

• • Engage in identity theft, fraud, money laundering, or deceptive conduct.

Fraud and Misrepresentation

Harmful Conduct

• • Damage or intentionally misuse sports facilities or equipment.

• • Engage in violent, dangerous, or reckless conduct while using sports facilities.

• • Publish defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content.

• • Promote violence or illegal activities.

• • Violate another person’s privacy.

• • Damage the reputation of EZZYCOURT through fraudulent or malicious conduct.

4. User Responsibilities

• • Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials.

• • Attend scheduled bookings or cancel in accordance with the provider’s cancellation policy.

• • Treat providers, facility staff, coaches, and other users respectfully.

• • Pay all applicable fees.

• • Follow all facility rules and safety instructions.

• • Use sports equipment responsibly.

• • Ensure they are physically fit to participate in sports or recreational activities.

• • Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

5. Sports Provider Responsibilities

Independent sports facility owners and service providers are solely responsible for:

• • Equipment provided.

• • Coaching services.

• • Professional qualifications.

• • Certifications where applicable.

• • Licenses and permits.

• • Health and safety practices.

• • Pricing.

• • Customer service.

• • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Providers must ensure that all information published on EZZYCOURT remains accurate, complete, and current.

6. Reviews and Ratings

Users may submit reviews and ratings only if they are based on genuine experiences.

Users must not:

 

• • Publish false or misleading reviews.

• • Manipulate ratings or rankings.

• • Exchange compensation for fake reviews.

• • Harass providers or users through reviews.

• • Publish defamatory, abusive, threatening, or offensive comments.

EZZYCOURT reserves the right to remove reviews or ratings that violate this Policy or applicable law.

7. Health and Safety Disclaimer

Participation in sports and recreational activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

EZZYCOURT, Ezzy.ph, and EZZYTech IT Solutions do not supervise sporting activities and are not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses arising from activities conducted by independent sports facilities or service providers.

Users are responsible for:

• • Seeking medical advice before participating in physical activities where appropriate.

Independent providers remain solely responsible for maintaining safe facilities, equipment, and compliance with applicable health and safety laws.

Users must respect the intellectual property rights of EZZYTech IT Solutions, EZZYCOURT, Ezzy.ph, independent providers, licensors, and third parties.

Users may not:

• • Commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission.

9. Marketplace Disclaimer

EZZYCOURT is solely a technology marketplace connecting customers with independent sports facility owners and sports service providers.

EZZYCOURT, Ezzy.ph, and EZZYTech IT Solutions do not own, employ, operate, supervise, manage, or control independent sports facilities, coaches, trainers, instructors, clubs, tournament organizers, or equipment rental providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

Independent providers are solely responsible for:

• • Facility maintenance.

• • Equipment.

• • Coaching services.

• • Tournament organization.

• • Safety procedures.

• • Pricing.

• • Customer service.

• • Licenses and permits.

• • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

EZZYCOURT facilitates provider discovery, reservations, communications, and payment processing but is not a party to the agreement between customers and independent providers except where expressly stated.

10. Enforcement

If a user violates this Policy, EZZYCOURT may, at its sole discretion and where appropriate:

• • Remove or restrict access to content.

• • Cancel or restrict bookings.

• • Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.

• • Remove provider listings.

• • Report unlawful activities to the appropriate authorities.

• • Take legal action where permitted by law.

These actions may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, providers, the platform, or the public.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EZZYTech IT Solutions, Ezzy.ph, EZZYCOURT, their directors, officers, employees, affiliates, partners, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from:

• • Customer-provider disputes.

• • Booking cancellations.

• • Injuries or accidents during sports or recreational activities.

• • Damage to equipment owned by independent providers.

• • Payment disputes.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

EZZYCOURT may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or business operations.

Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on EZZYCOURT.
